Air Duct CLeaning

We use a powerful duct-cleaning vacuum that we connect to the ducts near the furnace to pull the air through the system while we work our way from the registers and trunk lines with compressed air nozzles to loosen up and blow out any dust, dirt, or debris.  Because of the vacuum, all the dust is pulled down through the system and not out into your house when we clean.

Our vacuum sits outside and is about the size of a riding lawnmower, and it is connected to the ducts near the furnace with a large rubber hose through a door or window.  We work our way around all of the heat registers in the house with compressed air to clean them, then finish blowing all of the dust through the main trunk lines that the individual ducts lead into.  We repeat this same process with all of the air returns in the house, cleaning our way to the end of the system where it feeds the air back to the furnace.  Finally we'll blow out all the dust from inside the furnace itself and replace the furnace filter with a new one.

We will access the furnace itself as well as all of the registers around the house.  We can move or work around any furniture in the house to reach the vents.  We will need to turn the furnace off while we clean the ducts.
